Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One person may only maintain one account at a time

Profile Content

• You own the content you post, but grant us license to display it
• All profile information must be truthful and not misleading
• You may not impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Professional verification must be authentic and verifiable

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service for legitimate professional networking
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
• Do not use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission
• Report any violations of these terms or inappropriate behavior

Content Violations

• Posting false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Uploading malicious files or code
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Posting spam, advertisements, or unsolicited messages

Platform Abuse

• Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the Service
• Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Creating multiple accounts or circumventing restrictions
• Interfering with other users' experience or access
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code

Harassment & Harm

• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Discriminating based on protected characteristics
• Sharing private information without consent
• Engaging in any illegal activities
• Promoting violence or harmful behavior

Plus+ Lifetime Access

• Plus+ features are available through a one-time lifetime payment
• Payment of $9 USD grants permanent access to all Plus+ features
• Payment is processed through our secure payment provider (Stripe)
• No recurring charges or renewal required

Refund Policy

• Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable
• Plus+ features are activated immediately upon payment
• No partial refunds are available
• First 100 promotional members receive lifetime access at no cost

Price Changes

We may change the lifetime access price for new purchases with 30 days' notice. Existing Plus+ members are not affected by price changes.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create and post
• You grant us a license to display, store, and distribute your content
• You can delete your content at any time, ending our license
• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you post

Our Platform

• IndieWith and our logo are trademarks of The Cool Software Company T/A IndieWith
• The platform design, code, and features are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform
• We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you

Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@indiewith.com with details of the violation.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

User Interactions

We facilitate connections between users but are not responsible for the outcome of any professional relationships, collaborations, or business dealings that result from our platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndieWith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Serious violations may result in immediate permanent termination
• We may terminate the Service entirely with 30 days' notice
• Terminated users may not create new accounts without permission

Effect of Termination

• Your profile and content will be removed from public view
• You will lose access to all Enhanced features immediately
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes
• These Terms will continue to apply to any past use of the Service

Term Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices.

Notification of Changes

• We'll notify you of significant changes via email or platform notice
• Minor changes may be posted without individual notification
• The "Last updated" date at the top shows when changes were made
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms

Disagreement with Changes

If you don't agree with updated Terms, you may terminate your account. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law
